I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) offering telehealth services for those located in New York and Tennessee. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and parenting / postpartum depression and assist my clients in addressing these concerns through approaches such as; solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and strengths-based therapy.
